Over 350 M&A transactions closed in the Mountain West region in the second half of 2022, and as we move into 2023 the entire region is showing strong macro-economic fundamentals related to population growth, unemployment and housing demand. Transaction volumes in this geographic region are expected to remain strong throughout the year.
