Lee brings an impressive background to Bridgepoint with over 50 years of legal, M&A, accounting and banking experience. His expertise covers business planning, transitioning and financing activities– including negotiating secured and collateralized financings. Prior to Bridgepoint, Lee was the Senior Director & Vice President of business development at First National Bank. Other past positions include a Managing Partner in M&A and business law at Woods & Aitken LLP, as well as a Tax Accountant at Touche Ross & Co. Lee received his bachelors and JD in Business and Tax Law from the University of Nebraska and was selected by peers for The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of M&A law.
