Mark joined Bridgepoint in 2024 as Managing Director, bringing more than 20 years of M&A advisory and capital raising expertise. Based in Chicago, Mark co-leads the firm’s coverage of the Consumer and Retail sector.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Mark was at Lincoln International for 10 years and most recently at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company as a Managing Director. Over the course of his career, Jones-Pritchard has advised on more than 40 M&A advisory and capital raising transactions representing over $10 billion of deal value.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Manchester in the UK and is a Chartered Accountant.
