Bryan joined Bridgepoint in 2020 as Managing Director of Investment Banking, bringing with him more than 17 years of M&A advisory and capital raising expertise. Based in Denver, Bryan leads the firm’s industrial and business services sector coverage.

Before Bridgepoint, Bryan was a Managing Director at Woodbridge International, leading lower-middle market sell-side M&A transactions with a focus on both business and industrial services. Bryan’s transaction experience includes extensive work with founder and family-run companies located through the U.S. Prior to Woodbridge, Bryan was the Chief Operating Officer of the Jones Companies, a Denver-based conglomerate of media, education, software and training assets operating with more than 400 employees. Prior to Jones, Bryan worked in BMO Capital Markets Investment Banking Division in both Chicago and New York. Cumulatively, he has completed more than $1.7 billion worth of transaction origination and execution. Bryan is a Denver native and he received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
