Bridgepoint Relocates HQ, Joins the Revitalization of Downtown Omaha
Omaha, NE – Bridgepoint Investment Banking, a national full-service boutique investment bank, has relocated its headquarters to the newly-renovated Landmark Center in downtown Omaha. The new headquarters positions the growing investment bank to accelerate attracting top talent to Nebraska from across the country and provide its capital raising and M&A solutions to more business owners throughout the region.
The move comes after a year of explosive growth. Despite the challenges of the pandemic faced by companies everywhere, Bridgepoint grew its investment banking team by 50%, attracting talent to Omaha from Chicago, Dallas and Florida during the pandemic. The firm also established its presence in the Mountain West region by opening a new office in Denver. Given the continued growth, the investment bank’s leadership realized it was time to expand their space to better serve their clients and employees and to recruit additional investment bankers to Nebraska.
Bridgepoint found its new home in the recently-renovated Landmark Center, in the heart of downtown Omaha’s growth and revitalization efforts.
“We are excited to be part of the revitalization taking place in downtown Omaha. From the transformation of the Riverfront, the return of the hustle and bustle in the Old Market, and the exciting upgrades to the Landmark Center, we’re humbled to be in the center of it all,” said Matt Plooster, founder and CEO of Bridgepoint Investment Banking.
On the floors below Bridgepoint’s new office space, Landmark Center’s latest upgrades include a 120-room boutique hotel, The Farnam Hotel, as well as two new high-end dining and cocktail establishments, Dynamite Woodfire Grill and Catalyst. The proximity of the hotel, dining and entertainment options, and activity surrounding the area create a vibrant, upscale atmosphere for Bridgepoint and the Landmark Center’s existing tenants.
“The transformation of the Landmark Center has created a new hub for dining and entertainment while providing a world-class venue for locally-headquartered companies like Bridgepoint to attract top talent to Omaha,” said Jason Fisher, President of the Lund Company and mastermind behind the Landmark project.
“The Landmark Center is the perfect home for the next stages of Bridgepoint’s growth, and we feel fortunate to offer these amenities to our clients and employees in one of Omaha’s premier buildings,” added Plooster.
From its new headquarters, Bridgepoint plans to continue growing its team, explore new markets for its capital raising and M&A advisory solutions, and further expand its dedication to community impact and value creation.
