Bridgepoint COO Natasha Plooster was named a 2021 Top USA Women Dealmaker, which “honors and celebrates brilliant, highly respected, and inspirational women from the United States deal communities.” She was recognized for her leadership within our firm and community and her mission to empower women in investment banking through diversity and inclusion efforts.

In addition to Natasha’s award for her leadership, Bridgepoint received awards for exceptional client outcomes in two deals completed in 2020:

• Corporate M&A Deal of the Year for the sale of Diabetes Supply Center of the Midlands to AdaptHealth
• Recapitalization Deal of the Year for the recapitalization of DBI, Inc. by Spire Capital.
