Results:

Bridgepoint utilized a confidential targeted auction process to qualified buyers only nationally and internationally who had committed funds and expertise or platforms in the healthcare space and in the company’s niche within healthcare services. Bridgepoint brought to bear more than five credible bids from both strategics and private equity firms. Ultimately, the company selected a strategic bidder who offered tens of millions more value than the unsolicited initial private equity approach offered, and also partnered with a buyer that offered strategic value to the company’s growth plan and mission, while also offering employment to all of the company’s employees.
